Packaging claims :

There was a strange after taste, possibly the chicory extract.
Over all it was decent, but a little pricey. {$5, about a dollar an once.}
It did have the added benefit of two cookies having 15% of your daily calcium, despite being non dairy. I know the GFCF friends of mine need that.
