Gluten free Bun N Oven

I think the Internet could use a narration of the journey of mother hood for a Gluten free women.
So this space is a work in progress as I orginize.

Phase one: Preparation
-Step one. Scheduling.
It takes 40 weeks, a little over 9 months. When do you want the baby to be born? Pregnant in summer  is miserable vs To big to fit winter coat.
Age of mother. Risk factors-Minimizing
Availability of resources. OBGYN, Hospital, space in home, aquisishion of baby stuff.
First child or Sibling. Spacing:For mother's health it takes time for the vitamins and minerals used up in pregnancy to replenish. WorldHealthOrginization recommends waiting 3 years. AmericanOBGYN Asso recommends 18 months. Baby's  risk of Autism increased threefold if conceived within a year of older sibling's birth.Born with in 24 months of each other = 18%. Goodwin
-Step two. Nutritional preparation
Getting the GF mommy the right nutrents, vitamins to prepare body for baby. Daddy too.Rando MD PHD: influenced not only by genes and lifestyle, but also by preconception factors as parental diet. Dads eat less lean protean = kids with higher cholesterol
Phase two: Initiation
-Step one. Nutritional needs certin vitamins/ foods rumered to aid conception
-Step two. Monitoring Taking temprature.
-Step three. Schedualing. Once you know O day. Plan on Sex that day, as well as two days before and two days after. Sex every day is overkill. Any less then every other day is not enough.
