Gluten free Moussaka recipe
Ingredients:
- In a hot pan, turn oil, and fry the eggplant until just brown. As you finish them, lay them in the bottom of a 9X13 pan, until the bottom is covered. put the rest on a plate.
- Brown the meat. then add the seasonings, tomato sauce, "wine". Simmer a little to get the flavors in. Remove from heat, and stir in the egg. Spread over the eggplant in the 9X13.
- Sprinkle about 1/2 of each cheese as the next layer.
- Layer with the rest of eggplant
- Layer the rest of cheese.
- Make the "Béchamel" sauce. Melt butter, mix into flour. Add to the milk, over low heat. Simmer until thick.
- Bake at 350 for about an hour.
