Peach Pie

Gluten free Peach Pie with Crumble top. 


Whole foods, ready made, unbaked, pie crust.
Caned Peaches
Topped with Bob's red mill oat crumble crust.

Recipe for Caned peaches Pie filling
3 can's peaches.
1 Cup sugar
3 Tb tapioca flour.
1 tsp each Nutmeg and cinnamon

Drain peaches, reserving only 1 cup of liquid.
Mix with sugar, tapioca and spices.
Arrange peaches in pie crust, pour mixture over.
