Cranberry Pork

Summer has come to Seattle. 10 days of 70 degree weather. So for my house, that is too hot to use the oven.
SO bring on the BBQ and the crockpot.

Today's is a Cranberry pork.

Ingredients
  • 3 lb pork.
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 Tb  garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon each of Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons thickener. Tapioca, corn or arrowroot.
  • 2 (16-ounce) can cranberry sauce, Whole berry
  • juice of one Lemon
Put pork in slow cooker. Cover with dry spices.
Pore the sauce and juice on.
Set to low for 8 hours.
