SO bring on the BBQ and the crockpot.
Today's is a Cranberry pork.
Ingredients
- 3 lb pork.
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1 Tb garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon each of Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons thickener. Tapioca, corn or arrowroot.
- 2 (16-ounce) can cranberry sauce, Whole berry
- juice of one Lemon
Put pork in slow cooker. Cover with dry spices.
Pore the sauce and juice on.
Set to low for 8 hours.
