As summer draws to a chose, I have finished my hunt for a gluten free hot dog bun.
I was looking for something sturdy enough to hold up until hot dog was finished, not crumble apart, and with a flavor that did not detract.
Tied for First place:
Schar, sub sandwich roll
Undi, classic hot dog buns
Second choice:
Rudis
Kinnikinnick
And in the not worth the price category:
Jensen. tasted stale and crumbled apart.
Ever-G. Dry, and crumbly.
Katz. Was like eating a sponge.
