Pot pie
On June 9th I made a pot pie.
For the top crust I used Gluten free pantry Pie crust.
For the filling I used precooked chicken, vegatables, and made the gravy using a little tapioca flour and butter.
You're right! That does look good. Thanks for your comment on the round lig pain. I'm so sorry that you had to go through that. I was glad to know I'm not alone though and that everything will be wonderful with my son as soon as he is born.
