Bob's red mill Bread Mix

The mix was a little big for my machine, but I did't lift the lead off the top when it rose, so I guess it was alright.
The bread was good, nice texture.

Made several sandwiches.

Held up very well.

Overall a good mix to have on hand. 

Well worth the price.

Good flavor.
