I get to present a five minute demo at this month's relief society about gluten free bread making and baking.
So I turned to my best bread recipe: Betty Hagman's lemon buttermilk bread.
I have my mother's bread machine.
It looked good coming out:
But some thing had gone very very wrong!
I have NO idea how that happened!
The bread machine is small, so only half of the dough can go in at one time, so the other helf was in the oven.
Also less then happy with results.
